The Big Bang Theory‘s Johnny Galecki has brought Andrew Hass on board to the position of Vice President and to become his producing partner at his Warner-based Alcide Bava Productions banner.
Alcide Bava Productions has in production The Master Cleanse, written and produced by Bobby Miller and starring Galecki, Anna Friel, Angelica Houston and Oliver Platt.
Haas, past President of De Line Pictures brings previous production experience having executive produced I Love You Man, Observe and Report, Yogi Bear, Without A Paddle and Green Lantern. Hass also worked as an executive at Paramount Pictures, and was instrumental in helping bring in The Fighter.
“I’ve had the ambition to produce for over 10 years, and have always been excited by the challenge of being part of nurturing and cultivating a seminal creative idea with artists I admire,” said Galecki, who caught the producing bug while shepherding the pilot No Place Like Home for Warner Bros TV. “Andrew and I found we have the same interests and level of hunger for that.”
