The Big Bang Theory‘s Jim Parsons will be doing a live taping Inside the Actors Studio on June 1st.
Parsons is currently starring in An Act of God on Broadway which is previewing since May 7th and Opens May 28th at Studio 54. The previews have had sell-out audiences who have been raving about how hilarious the play is and how Parsons’ performance is Tony worthy. Javerbaum’s wit and humor performed by Jim is a winning combination!

In 2010, Ben completed a successful run in the world premiere of Fetch Clay, Make Man, directed by Des McAnuff (Jersey Boys) at the McCarter Theatre. Film: Idlewild, All That Jazz, Sweet Charity, Funny Lady (Golden Globe nomination), Why Do Fools Fall in Love, Once Upon a Forest. Jim Parsons: Star of The Big Bang Theory

Mr. Parsons is a critically acclaimed actor best known for playing Sheldon Cooper in the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory. He has received several awards for his performance, including four Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Television Series Musical or Comedy. In 2011, Parsons made his Broadway debut portraying Tommy Boatwright in the play The Normal Heart, for which he received a Drama Desk Award nomination. He reprised the role in the film adaptation of the play, and received his seventh Emmy nomination, this time in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie. Mr. Parsons will be returning to Broadway as God in the new play An Act of God, opening May 28th.
