If there’s ever a time to add metallics and sparkle to your home, it’s the holiday season. For actress Kaley Cuoco, best known for her role as Penny on The Big Bang Theory, and her interior designer Jeff Andrews, the decision to add glimmer was simple. “Jeff knows my personal taste and style very well. He knows that I love gold and anything sparkly!” she says.

“Metallic tones like gold, platinum, bronze, and silver with white and green accents seem perfectly suited to her home,” Andrews says. “Not overly traditional or childish—just chic and festive.” Cuoco’s home, which Andrews designed, has a rich yet neutral palette, so “the Christmas color scheme embraces and enhances that feeling while adding holiday cheer,” he says.
