Thursday, April 2 was a busy day of announcements from Netflix.   As we reported earlier, Bob Odenkirk and David Cross have reunited to deliver a four-episode and one-hour special comedy sketch series, With Bob and David,  which will be in production this summer.

In addition to With Bob and David, Netflix has also been considering a revival of the 1990s series, Full House which starred Bob Saget and John Stamos.   Original series creaetor Jeff Franklin and executive producer Robert L. Ordered to series is Montauk, a mystery-drama written and directed by Matt and Ross Duffer, for an 8-episode debut next year.   Both Duffer brothers will executive produce with Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen.  Montauk will focus on the disappearance of a boy in Montauk, Long Island New York in 1980.  The show will have supernatural elements involved as well.

Netflix also renewed House of Cards for a fourth season, starring Kevin Spacey as President Underwood and Robin Wright as his plotting wife, Claire Underwood.   Based on the BBC titular miniseries, House of Cards is produced by Donen/Fincher/Roth and Trigger Street Producitons in association with Media Rights Capital for Netflix and is executive produced by Kevin Spacey, Michael Dobbs, Andrew Davies, Dana Brunetti, Joshua Donen, Eric Roth, David Fincher and Beau Willimon.
