An Act of God took in close to 92% capacity, even though the gross numbers reflected only 69%, due largely to three out of the four preview performances being for critics. The numbers that come out on Monday, June 8 will give us a better idea of how it will perform with normal audiences.
The show opened this week with a large number of celebrity guests and reviews are out. Time Out New York has placed An Act of God as the #1 Hit on The Hot List which should encourage audiences as well. Time Out New York can be found around stands in many restaurants and street vendors for free.
