Nominees for the 18th Annual Costume Designers Guild (CDG) Awards, along with finalists in contemporary, period or fantasy film and TV were announced Jan 7, 2016.   Cinderella‘s lush costumes, along with period piece costumes for Carol  and The Danish Girl are among the list of nominees.  For television show like period costumes for Mad Men, fantasy costumes for Game of Thrones and Once Upon a Time were included as nomineees.

Winners will receive their trophies on February 23rd at a gala being held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
