‘The Big Bang Theory’s’ Guest Star “Dave” Played by Stephen Merchant Has an Animated Comedy with John Krasinski Picked up to Series at Adult Swim

Dream Corp., LLC  is created by Daniel Stessen and executive produced by Merchant and Krasinski, along with Krasinski’s Sunday Night producing partner Allyson Seeger.   Merchant and Krasinski have collaborated in the past on the US version of The Office and executive produced Spike TV’s unscripted Lip Sync Battle.

Dream Corp. LLC is described as an absurd workplace comedy set in a neglected dream therapy facility. Each week, viewers will meet a rotating cast of desperate patients who have their dreams recorded and analyzed by Dream Corp’s absent-minded professor, Dr. Roberts (Lost alum Jon Gries) and his team of unremarkable scientists.

Originally ordered to pilot in May 2014, production of the series will start in Los Angeles later this year.
