The Big Bang Theory‘s Mayim Bialik sat down with Dr. Alex Barzvi of Doctor Radio‘s Child Psychiatry/Psychology: About our Kids show on April 1, 2016 to talk about STEM, being a neuroscientist and how kids can be earlier influenced to like STEM in school.

During the interview, Bialik revealed that she has a “kids book” coming out soon and we can anticipate a May announcement about her book.   While some of what she talked about has been heard in other interviews, such as how she came about to go into science, a lot of it was very new and interesting material about how she engages her kids in just everyday activities, such as cooking or going on walks to learn a lot more in depth science.

Below is a clip, courtesy of Doctor Radio of the entire interview with Bialik.
