Summary:
A Navy Lieutenant on the USS Liberty dies of the bubonic plague, so the team in New Orleans calls in Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo for assistance. The team race against time to try and control a potential outbreak from occurring on the USS Liberty, while at the same time they try and determine the source of the highly-contagious plague.
