The 57th Annual NAACP Image Awards were announced Tuesday.   Ryan Coogler’s Creed scored six nominations, Straight Outta Compton five nods, Beasts of No Nation from Netflix and Amazon’s Chi-Raq each garnered four nominations.

Empire led in the television nominations, receiving 12 nods, Black-ish 10 nominations.   ABC totaled 28 nominations, BET 13 nominations.
