#TBT: Given the date, we will focus our Throwback Thursday on events that took place in NYC in 2001

Since 2001, our nation has never really been the same. We were feeling very secure and our nation still felt a bit naive and isolated from any acts of terror or attack. But everything changed on September 11, 2001 and we have never felt quite as secure since. So it only seems appropriate that we focus on how we will never forget as our Thowback Thursday to that day. This is not meant to be a downer, but more to memorialize those who gave so much and who lost their lives and to those families that were changed forever as a result. I am grateful to the spirit of the American people and how we have been able to rebuild and not be scared y-cats. We have pulled together and moved on from this tragedy without ever forgetting and we will never forget. But we will continue to prevail and move forward, learning, growing and becoming a stronger nation. God Bless the USA!
