There is a lot of confusion by fans as to when different aspects of the People’s Choice Award (PCA) festivities air. So we will attempt to help clarify.
On PCA website you can stream live both the red carpet and the ceremony, but be cautioned that it tends to have heavy traffic and may cut in and out.
On eonline.com starting at 8 PM Eastern Time (7 PM Central, 6 PM Mountain, 5 PM Pacific) you can see the Red Carpet arrivals live stream
On AP Live livestream.com you can watch the Red Carpet events beginning at 5:30 PM Mountain (you can translate for your time zone). I believe livestream.com also supports international viewing. You need to have a login (free account) to watch.
On CBS are the Awards Ceremonies and they are aired live in Eastern and Central Time Zones 9/8c PM. They are delay aired in Mountain and Pacific 9 PM PT, 8 PM MT.
